The death of Aimé Belliveau of Memramcook East occurred Wednesday (13 mars) at Villa du Repos Home in Humphrey, following a long illness. He was 71.

Born in Moncton, he was a son of the late Philippe and Agnes (Gallant) Belliveau. He was a veteran of the First World War, serving overseas, and was a retired employee of the Boston and Maine Railway.

He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Thomas Saulnier (Eva) of Memramcook; two brothers, Siméon (twin brother) of Memramcook East and Edouard Belliveau of Memramcook West.

The body is resting at Dupuis' funeral home, Memramcook. The funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East with entombment in the St Thomas Roman Catholie cemetery in St Joseph to await burial in Memramcook East cemetery in the spring.
